For routes with published pricing, your transfer is booked and paid for immediately on this website. We review every booking and, in the rare case that no vehicle is available for your time, we will contact you and refund you in full. For routes we do not price online, submitting the form sends us a request only — no payment is taken, and our team will contact you by email or WhatsApp with a quote.
For routes with published pricing, the fare shown is calculated instantly and is all-inclusive for the vehicle, route, tolls, taxes and luggage. Routes without a published price are quoted individually by our team.
Payment is taken in full at the time of booking, by card, through our payment provider Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe's secure payment page and are never stored on this website. In the rare event that we cannot fulfil your transfer — for example if no vehicle is available at your requested time — we will contact you and refund your payment in full.
You can cancel your transfer by contacting us at bookings@oftendrive.com or on +33 7 59 59 36 27. The refund depends on how long before your scheduled pickup time we receive your cancellation:
Refunds are made through Stripe to the card used at booking and usually appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. If we cancel your transfer for any reason, you receive a full refund.
The 14-day cooling-off period that applies to most online purchases does not apply to transport services booked for a specific date. Your cancellation rights are the ones set out above.
These terms are governed by French law. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at bookings@oftendrive.com and we will reply within 14 days. Any dispute is subject to French law; if you are a consumer, you may also bring a claim before the court of your place of residence.
