Giveaway Rules — Win a Free Transfer

1. Organiser

The giveaway is organised by OFTEN DRIVE EURL, a French company registered with the RCS Chambéry under SIREN 931 110 837 ("Often Drive", "we"). Our registered office is at 197 Route du Bauchez Dessous, 73220 Saint-Georges-d'Hurtières, France. Contact: bookings@oftendrive.com.

2. Entry period

Entries are open from 1 October 2026 until 9 January 2027 at 23:59 (Paris time). Entries received after this time are not included in this draw.

3. Who can enter

The giveaway is open to anyone aged 18 or over, wherever they live, except where giveaways of this kind are not permitted by local law. Often Drive staff and their family members cannot enter.

4. How to enter — free, no purchase necessary

There are two ways to enter:

• Free entry: sign up on oftendrive.com with your name and email address.
• When booking: tick the box "Enter me into the free transfer giveaway" on our booking form.

Booking a transfer is not required to enter and does not improve your chances of winning. Each email address counts as one entry, however many times or in however many ways you enter. Entries made with false details, or by one person using several email addresses, may be disqualified.

Entering the giveaway does not sign you up for marketing emails. You only receive offers from us if you tick the separate box for them.

5. The prize

There is one prize: one free one-way private transfer for up to 8 passengers in one vehicle, between Geneva (GVA), Lyon (LYS), Chambéry (CMF) or Grenoble (GNB) airport and any ski resort served by Often Drive as listed on oftendrive.com — in either direction (airport to resort, or resort to airport). We choose the vehicle to suit the size of the group.

The value of the prize depends on the route chosen: it is the one-way price shown on our website for that journey. The prize does not include a return journey, other airports or pick-up points, or extra stops.

6. Using the prize

• Travel must take place between 10 January and 30 April 2027, or between 1 December 2027 and 30 April 2028. The prize expires after 30 April 2028.
• The transfer must be booked at least 14 days before the travel date by emailing bookings@oftendrive.com, and is subject to vehicle availability. If your preferred time is not available, we will offer the nearest available alternative.
• The prize can be used once. Any part not used is lost.
• The winner may give the prize to a friend or family member by telling us before booking. The prize cannot be sold, or exchanged for cash or for another prize.
• If, for reasons beyond our control, we cannot provide the prize, we may replace it with a transfer of equal or greater value.

7. The draw

The draw takes place on 10 January 2027. Each valid entry receives a number, and one winning number is picked at random using an online random number generator. The draw is recorded on video and published on our website and/or our social media. The video shows entry numbers only — never names or email addresses.

8. Contacting and announcing the winner

We contact the winner by email, and by phone if we have their number, within 3 days of the draw. The winner must reply within 14 days to claim the prize. If they do not reply in time, or do not meet these rules, a new winner is drawn in the same way, also on video.

With the winner's agreement, we announce them by first name and the first letter of their surname. If they prefer not to be named, we announce only the winning entry number.

9. Your personal data

OFTEN DRIVE EURL is responsible for the data collected for this giveaway. We use your name and email address only to run the giveaway: to record your entry, carry out the draw, and contact and announce the winner. We delete giveaway entries no later than 3 months after the draw, unless you also chose to receive our emails, or you are the winner (in which case we keep what we need to provide the prize). You can access, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing bookings@oftendrive.com, and you can complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr). Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes and cancellation

If something beyond our control requires it — for example fraud, a technical failure or force majeure — we may extend, shorten, change or cancel the giveaway. Any change will be published on this page.

11. Applicable law

These rules are governed by French law. For any question or complaint about the giveaway, email bookings@oftendrive.com.
