When you request a transfer we store your journey details, chosen vehicle, and the lead passenger's name, email address, phone number, flight number and any notes you add. When you enter our giveaway we store your email address and the date you gave consent.
Booking details are used solely to organise and confirm your transfer. Email addresses submitted to the giveaway are used to contact winners and to send occasional emails from Often Drive, which you can opt out of at any time.
Data is stored in a private database that is not readable from your browser. Only Often Drive staff and our server can access it. We never sell your data.
Under GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Email oftendrive@gmail.com and we'll action it.
